PixieQR gives you a static image. It does not operate the website, network, or phone that later reads it.

You may use the tools to create QR images for content you are allowed to share. Do not encode secrets you cannot afford to show, because a QR image is visible to anyone who has the file.

A successful preview does not prove that a particular phone camera, printer, or screen will scan the code. Check the physical result yourself when that matters.

The service is provided as a static site without a warranty that every device will accept every Wi-Fi or contact field.

Does a code expire with a subscription?

No. The image does not expire. The thing it describes can still change.

Who is responsible for the encoded content?

You are. PixieQR does not review what you put in the image.
